Establishing equitable systems and expectations that accelerate academic growth is a top priority for school and district leaders. Teachers often ask: “What do I do when a student has not mastered the content?” As leaders, you need to ask yourself: “How can I create the conditions in which teachers can provide support without limiting access to core grade-level instruction?” This workshop explores how master schedules can help to systematize school interventions—and accelerations—that address learning needs with equity in mind. You’ll have the opportunity to improve your master schedule and receive real-time feedback from peers and our experienced facilitators, all former school and district leaders. You’ll also identify how best to support teachers and coaches in implementing these systems with fidelity.
