Every day, as a leader, your personal views shape your decisions: how you connect with your school community, how you implement your vision, how you champion equity and instructional excellence. In this workshop, you’ll explore the five levers of personal leadership, the strategies you need to do the inner work, and the external leadership actions you need to deliver better outcomes. Our facilitators, all former school and district leaders, will help you unpack your beliefs and biases (we all have them) and show you how to plan for and lead the necessary, and sometimes difficult, conversations that are essential to driving meaningful change.
